Refund policy

returns

our return policy lasts 14 days. should 14 days go by since your received purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. to begin your return, please contact us at theteam@theabbc.com. you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs. shipping costs are non-refundable. ANTI does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery.

refunds

once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. if approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. if you have not received your refund in the specified time, please contact us at theteam@theabbc.com.

 

exchanges
we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. if you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at theteam@theabbc.com.
